This is my first paid cake job. I used Fondarific fondant (I usually make my own). It's my first topsy turvy and I'm pretty pleased with it though this picture doesn't really show the "topsy turvey" too well. The mom wanted something very girly and pretty. They were very pleased with it as was I. I now have 3 jobs in August (all within 2 weeks of each other) and may have a job each in September, November and December just because of this cake!
