This is a 10" and an 8" Red Velvet with creamcheese icing and Fondx fondant. The flowers are silk, gumpaste letters, ribbon accents and gumpaste numbers with small gems attached. I need to learn how to apply fondant better. It always bubbles up on me. TFL.
