Thank you to all for the inspiration and the instruction from this site! I made these popcorn cupcakes for my daughter's class in school. They had a popcorn shop this week and it was perfect for the celebration. I used marshmallows on butter cream icing, and colored it with buttercup yellow food coloring. For the wrap I used striped scrapbook paper from the craft store and I made the popcorn sign on my computer. They absolutely loved it. I got many hugs from the kids in the class. After they finished eating the cupcakes they used the wrap as bracelets, it was soo cute.
