Four layer chocolate sponge cake filled with chocolate peppermint aero buttercream, covered in fondant with fondant/tylose accents. A request for this cake was sprung on me at 2p.m yesterday afternoon. Quite pleased how it turned out in the short space of time I had to make it. TFL
