This was for my granddaughter's 7th birthday. Top cake was fresh strawberries w/ whip cream and the bottom cake was fresh banana w/ custard.

No, the dolphin is not edible. My granddaughter wanted a dolphin theme cake at the last minute, so I didn't have time to make one that was edible. This was a toy dolphin.
