Cake for three of my co-workers' birthdays. We work for a wine & spirits importing company. Everything except the label is edible (and I also designed the label). The cake is red velvet with coconut-lemon filling/buttercream, and coconut and white chocolate on top. Special thanks to monet1895 who generously shared detailed advice on how to create this! TFL!
