When you spoon the ganache over the top, just ever so slightly push a little of it to the edge of the cake......it looks like organized droplet of chocolate...I luv that technique....I use it all the time.
Oh! I pushed enter to soon... but like Jrzygrl34 said I just used my spatula to push the ganache carefully over the edge of the cake and then I stopped each drop with the spatula so it wouldn't go all the way down. Thanks for looking and thanks for your comments :)
