Two layer white cake with buttercream icing. Icing colors are school colors. Cap and tassle are black color flow icing outlined with blue buttercream. Used tip 233 for tassle. The orange apple blossoms are royal icing. Roses are buttercream. I was very happy how it turned out. The person it was made for loved it. It's 9 x 13 (1/4 sheet).
