This was my Wilton Course 3 "Graduation" cake. I made some of my favorite flowers-hot pink roses and white jasmine-out of gumpaste and fondant/gumpaste mix. The cake is covered in black fondant w/black icing trim. I covered the cake in class so it was a little 'hurried' but I'm really proud of the flowers :)
