This was supposed to be a SYMPATHY cake. The photo doesn't show too well, but I spelled "sympahty". I don't know where my mind wandered off to when I was piping! Anyhow, it is a white chocolate sour cream with fresh raspberry filling covered with white choc ganache and yellow MFF. Flowers are gum paste and ribbon is real. I am so embarrassed. Fortunately it was a gift for a friend who'd suffered a loss and not a paying client.
