This was my first tiered cake I made Dec 09 for my moms birthday I was taking the Wilton 3 class at the time and had just learned to make the royal icing lilies. 4,6 & 8 inch cake. Lemon chiffon cake with three berry filling that I normally make for crepes it was fantastic.
