This is a template that I came-up with and it worked  out great.  You will have to re-size it according to the size shoe that you need to make.  To make the sole, I used a real shoe that I got from Wal-Mart, cut the straps off and covered it in plastic.  I cut-out the sole and lining and then placed it over the plastic covered shoe to dry for 5 days.  You can find more pics of the shoe here on CC under Geechigirl's JIMMY CHOO Shoe.

Geechigirl's High Heel Shoe Template

You are all so welcome! I formed the heel by rolling it on the table and between the palm of my hands. I formed the base of it that goes against the shoe by pressing it against the sole template so that it would be the same size..
