Jennifer's Wedding Cake
This is the cake I made for my niece. It served 350 pieces. All of the cakes were a different flavor. The entire cake was done in basketweave. It took me 7 hours to bake it and 8 hours to decorate it. I gave it to her as her wedding gift. Her dad was sure glad he didn't have to pay for it!!

Yes, they are their parents cutting their wedding cakes!! This is the first guy that Jennifer dated that his parents were still married!! I thought it was a cute idea to have their cake cutting pictures...
It was a wonderful idea to add those pictures; very original and meaningful for the couple, too! :)
