Friend needed a Monopoly themed 30th birthday cake with a little Yankees thrown in (hence the Yankee baseball hat instead of a top hat on Mr. Monopoly). Decorations are all a mix of gumpaste and fondant. Cake is red velvet with cream cheese frosting.
