this cake was for a high school graduation. the colors were blue and gold. the graduate is a drummer so i made a drum for the base and added two books on top of the drum. the drum is 2 10 in rounds. i covered it in fondant and added the accents. the black was painted on. the cap on the book is gumpaste. i had fun making it.
