This is a double layered 3 tier red velvet wedding cake with handmade fondant flowers, leaves, as well as fondant clothing on the fireman. The fireman is a figurine covered in "fondant" to make the clothing/helmet look like a fireman. The topper is a willow tree figurine. It is homemade marshmallow fondant.
