I made this cake at a workshop where I learned the puzzle technique.It was for my daughter's teacher for her birthday, the teacher loves zoo animals so I choose this giraffe. The cake was a bisquit (sort of sponge without butter and popular in Holland)and it was filled with buttercream and strawberry jam . The covering and deco are marzipan.
