my daughter's 6th birthday cake, she went for a castle cake, so this was my first attempt at such a wonder, had to stretch my mind on how to do the towers, used the inside of kitchen rolls and for the top parts ice cream wafers,, had some trouble getting them to stay straight, buttercream piped around their bases saved the day and she was pleased and me too after 20 hours. first timer eh.... hopefully a next one will take less time.
