I like this course the best! I love making royal icing flowers! When I make the flowers I make so many & put them in the freezer til I need them. I have boxes & boxes of flowers in the freezer! It makes it so easy when you're doing a cake! The basket weave is my favorite technique to do so far! What do ya'll think?

I never thought to freeze the flowers for later use, but that would be a good way to use up extra icing. Your cake looks great.

Thanks anolan~ I freeze anything I can. When I make my flowers I make lots of royal icing. I make a day of making flowers~ It's so fun~
