I made this cake as a surprise for my daughters friend...wow was this a mess...i learned that I shouldnt use real strawberry inside a cake that is meant to be stood up...the cake started splitting and the filling kept coming out....not only that but my house was really hot and the fondant started to get really shiny and i couldnt fix it....thank goodness she really didnt know what the cake was supposed to look like...lol i told her that it was meant as a leather cake that was full of stuff....she loved it!!!!! thank goodness it tasted good because i was really not happy
