Very pretty! I have to make one of these next week. I was going to use paper towels rolls to form the towers, but what did you use to form the tops of the towers? Thanks

I covered two plastic tubes with cling film, them dusted them with a little icing sugar. I rolled out the pastillage and wrap the tubes with it. After 3 hours, I carefully took out the tubes and left the towers to dry for a day. The next day I covered them with sugarpaste and decorated to match the cake. The towers on the saides are cake. The roof is made of edible paper (the same used to take edible copies). I cut six cones with that paper, glued with water and painted them with edible paint. I hope you tr
