This cake was a labor of love for a dear friend's retirement from teaching. Everything on it represents her and/or our school. No one would cut it at her retirement party so her husband took it home and used it as a centerpiece for the party he had for her a few days later. Cake is lemon raspberry marble with buttercream and fondant. Accents are gumpaste and fondant.
