this is a 3 layer 9" cake I made for the first time. Took me forever!!!! The middle layer is chessecake topped with chocolate ganache while the top and bottom layers are red velvet cake. Instead of the traditional cream cheese icing, I made light and fluffy vanilla icing to top it. The flowers are buttercream
