This is my 3rd fondant cake. Second stacked cake. I made it for my boss's birthday. It is poundcake with blackberry filling and butter cream icing under the fondant.
I did put dowels in. I used cookie pop sticks, I think. I got them in the cake/candy section at either Michael's or Joann. For a cake that small you probably wouldn't NEED them, but it made me feel safer.
