I needed realistic looking wine bottles for some cakes I have coming up. I made a silicone mold and produced these sugar bottles from just sugar, corn syrup, water and a little gel color. The color changes based on how close you are to hard crack temp. I am going to try some isomalt next to see if there is a big difference in appearance.
