this was for my neices christening, The bottom tier was my SIL n BIL's wedding cake so i just reiced it. (it started off as a 10" cake then i realised the lady that had made it had iced it 3 times and marzipan it ended up a 8"!!!) the middle tier was chocolate and vanillia sponge (pink) and the top was Gluten free vanilla (pink) sponge. The roses are gumpaste and my 1st ever shabby teddy is fondant. this was my 1st eva tiered cake so all advise welcome. TFL xx
