I did this cake for an 8th grade class of 53 students where I wrote all their names and last name Intial on 3 tiers of choc cake and b/c followed with buttercream iciing and then fondant. Using AlbertUster fondant imported from Switzerland which has a chocolate base and hollds up better than any other I've tried. it does not build condensation and works so easy. and tastes wonderful. I made the het a few days earlier in gumpaste and the foob out of gumpaste and the diplomas
