My daughter's bday is in December. She wanted snowflakes. This was my first "carved" cake, cut to make cakes not circle/round. It is chocolate genoise cake, filled with coconut filling, covered in white fondant. Snowflakes on cake are fondant, hanging snowflakes are clay
