Running shoe

First attempt at making a 3D running shoe..It would fit an Ogre's foot!! I was very disappointed and after working on it for over 8 hours, I felt a little discouraged and very tired .. I need more directions on making a nice shoe .. please forward it you can help me out!

my goal was to do a replica of my own Asics runner .. i found my sugar version is out of proportion; i ran out of fondant to do the side stripes .. i also wanted to do the mesh effect on the white part of the shoe .. i think i just got too ambitious and ran out of time & energy!!! overall, i think it's ok .. just not what i had in mind at the start of my project ;) Thanks for your comment!
