This cake was 65 servings of high ratio white cake with butter cream filling covered in fondant carved down to 30 servings for the finished product. It is 100% edible. There is about 11-12 hours in decorating time, 3 of that was painting alone. I also used my new alligator impression mold on the fondant before I covered the cake and airbrushed it. I Love that thing. The impression mold was purchased from a vender at the "That takes the cake" Competition in Austin. Go to www.thattakesthecake.org and you will see a list of venders.
