This is a cake I made for our early Thanksgiving dinner. This was almost my first time using IMBC. I think I whipped it too long in the end b/c I ended up with a lot of air bubbles, hence not being able to get the icing completely smooth. Now I know for next time. Cake is butter pecan, vanilla IMBC, pecan pieces on top.
