Dragon was 40 inches long, 2 feet tall to tip of head. Head is egg shaped styrofoam, 7 pounds of modeling chocolate in the neck structure, 2 pounds modeling chocolate in the tail alone. Entire body and legs were cake.(original design by Mike McCarey.) Covered in white fondant and more modeling chocolate for the tail fin and head fins. Airbrushed with electric blue, yellow, sky blue, royal blue colors.
