This is a cake I made for my son's birthday. He always likes giving me a challenge. This time he wanted a dragon cake and I had no clue what to do. Finally I came up with the idea of creating my own dragon head and making his body look like he was swimming in the water. This cake is covered with fondant with buttercream icing in the middle. The head is all fondant.
