these are gumpaste poppies on my daughters 7th birthday cake, its not my best fondant work cause I was in a huge rush, and the poppies actually weren't finished but still pretty and the most finished one is dusted inside at the top, I had a lot of orders in the same weekend so I had to neglect my personal party cake a little, it was the biggest cake of them all though, the flavors were valhrona chocolate with strawberries and ganache, valhrona chocolate with peanut butter filling, vanilla with cookies and cream, lemon with cream cheese. covered in pettinice fondant. for my first gumpaste flowers ever they came out pretty! :)
