Horse Cake
Hi..... I was commissioned to do this cake, and they wanted a horse cake. It is my rendition of the horse cake from Cupcake Cafe. Definitely a departure from the fondant....I had a blast doing this, especially practicing all of my buttercream flowers. The horse is my first BCT, and although it broke, and I had to do reconstructive surgery, it turned out ok!

thanks! I just delivered it, and the client was gushing...she literally cried when she saw it (it's for her granddaughter). I guess that is when you know you are doing something good! :)
