A wedding cake for Vanessa entirely done in cream cheese icing, 12" Italian Cream Cake with toasted coconut and almonds inside, 9" valhrona chocolate cake with cream cheese and valhrona chocolate ganache and strawberries, and a 6" Almond cake with cream cheese and almonds. brown cream cheese had some cocoa mixed in as well as coloring, it matched the wedding colors perfectly! :) she asked for a piped lacey effect.
