Made for a surprise anniversary party for my brother in law and his wife using their wedding colors. Have done a few simple purse cakes with fondant but this was my first stacked cake. Love working with it. Just need to keep practicing. Dark chocolate and white cake. Made a carrot cake for my brother in law, his fave.
