WASC cake w/vanilla filling on bottom, bavarian in middle and chocolate on top. Used RI w/cocoa powder & black food coloring for scrollwork, real ribbon and real roses on top. Hexagon should have been refrigerated after carving but before crumb coat...seems like it moved more than I realized. :(
