I consider this a bit of a disaster. I wasn't really happy with the outcome of the design. It was too busy and I wish I would have not used the pink but just stuck with the two colors of sangria and white. Should have just done the daisies and left everything else off. I would have even left off the centers of the daisies if I were going to do this again. Oh well. The bride did love it though so I guess that is what really matters. I learned a few lessons with this one. I drove it to the reception site fully assembled which I probably wont do again and I used straws for support which I won't do again either. The road was so rough that while in transit the very bottom tier's fondant started to sag, shifted a little and tore at the top. I was so upset about that. I will never do another tiered cake without using SPS!! I will probably also make sure and use a crusting bc beneath the fondant so that it doesn't ooze if there is a slight tear in the fondant and the fondant wouldn't have shifted around as easily.
