This is the cake I did in the Wilton Challenge. I won 1st place in both judges' score and customers' favorite. I wish the scrollwork was better but the cakes were decorated on site and we had just an hour and a half to decorate. Other than that I really loved this cake. The topper was made in advance and took, all told, about 15 hours to make.
