This is my first time baking a "fancy" cake...I had a leftover blue baby boy from my own son's Baptism and decided since it matched the cake to use it. Cake is Red Velvet with BC frosting. Would love a better recipe for a good "carving" cake batter, as this didn't seem as firm as I would have liked. Still, I'm happy with my first try!!!
