Cake I made for the University of Pennsylvania Law School's graduation! A replica of the school. This was enormous, measuring 2.5 feet by 4 feet and using 11 batches of WASC (that I baked in my Kitchenaid and tiny oven!). I also had a minor breakdown because of the immense humidity that caused all of the fondant to melt 24 hours before the event. But it turned out okay!
