This is a sour cream pound cake with buttercream icing that I made for my father-in-law's birthday. The fisherman, boat, cat tails and lily pads are made from modeling chocolate. The fish are fondant. The fishing pole is a pretzel with a twizzler, and the fish is a gummy fish.
