Thanks. He actually told me that when his wife saw it, she fell in love with it and did not want to cut it. They had to wait one full day before she decided to cut into it ;-)

Well I'm not sure really...I took the Wilton course in Nov. 2003, and my first cake after that was Lilac Delight made in March 2004...It's been steady since I guess...That's when it all began really, so I dont' really know at what point I have or if I have perfected it at all...Thanks for you comments '-)
