A tiramisu 90th birthday cake we just finished. Skiing theme was requested as woman used to be a skier. Sheet cake with three layers of sponge cake brushed with espresso/Kahluah simple syrup, mascarpone filling and shaved chocolate between layers, covered with whipped cream. Fondant covered rice krispy mountain, gumpaste figure, trees, signs and owl. Sprinkled with edible glitter flakes.
