Dallas Cowboy Cake
I got this idea from a few of the cakes in the sports gallery. It was for a friends 63rd birthday. I used the sportsball pan and carved it. The guard is MMF I made ahead of time and let dry on the sports ball pan.

Again please disregard the date on the photo. I keep borrowing my parents digital camera and I forget to change the silly date until it is too late! Santa please hear my cries!!!

how did you carve this?
while it was frozen I cut some off the bottom so it would sit flat and then started carving the opening at the face mask. I crumb coated it while it was frozen too.
