Made this cake for the college graduation of a co-workers' daughter. The graduate told me that her favorite color is red and her favorite flower is the calla lily. It's white chocolate cake with raspberry, whipped chocolate ganache, and buttercream fillings. Covered in fondant, royal icing stenciling and borders, and gumpaste flowers. This was my first time making a wired bouquet and my first gumpaste flowers.
