Three-tiered chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache (8-6-4). The turrets were made of pretzel rods covered with mmf. The brick pattern was done using Duff's new line of impression plastic mats. The inspiration for the design came from a picture of a princess bouncy house (pink brick castle).
