I got the idea for this one from www.pinkcakebox.com as the mom only mentioned beach theme for 150 guests! This is my first 3 tier stacked cake of 8, 12 & 16 inch squares and boy have I learned about how not to dowl it! It's a chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling, covered in a mix of golden oreos and nilla wafers, white chocolate shells and chess pieces and a gumpaste surfer & board.
