This was a 2 layer 4 inch mini strawberry cake with BC icing for my daughter's b'day. I actually made two of these because she shared her party with another school friend. The crown is made of fondant and painted with shimmer dust. The jewels are not edible. This was my first attempt at a crown and I was super nervous, but she loved it and so did her friend. I also made about 50 cupcakes.
